As an associate on the Enrollment team, you will complete applications that directly impact the access to healthcare that Walmart and Sam's Club provide.</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <ul> <li>Accurately complete Medicare and Medicaid applications so they can be submitted to the appropriate entity. </li><li>Respond to requests for corrections from Medicare and Medicaid, ensuring that any deficiencies in the application packet are resolved. </li><li>Interact with Medicare and Medicaid agents to obtain information and/or troubleshoot issues. </li><li>Communicate regularly with the team and with your manager to help ensure uniformity in our processes. </li><li>Resolve enrollment-related tickets by troubleshooting and interacting with WMT pharmacy or optical associates or their leaders </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring:</p> <ul> <li>Keen attention to detail and comfortability with repetitive tasks. </li><li>Willingness to ask questions and proactively engage to resolve issues. </li><li>Solid organization and time management skills, allowing you to manage consistent, repetitive tasks as well as more urgent, one-off tasks. </li><li>Experience in provider enrollment is a bonus, but not required. </li><li>Proficiency at Excel to manage and track data and tasks </li><li>Experience in data analysis and reporting is a bonus, but not required </li></ul> <p>About the Team:</p> <p>The Enrollment Team is an integral support function of the Walmart and Sam's Club pharmacy and optical businesses. We work to maintain active enrollment in Medicare and Medicaid for thousands of facilities, as well as individual pharmacists and opticians.
