<p>A vacancy exists for an Early Head Start Inclusion Coach within the CCIU's Division of Student Services. These position will be providing supporting Early Head Start Servcces in the 10 counties closest to Chester County, including Chester, Philadelphia, Montgomery, Lancaster, Northampton, Lehigh, Bucks, Delaware, Berks, Lebanon, Dauphin, York, Adams, Cumberland, Perry, and Franklin Counties. This specialist will work collaboratively with educators, families, and community partners to promote an inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of all children.</p> <p>Essential Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support staff in the completion of initial and ongoing assessments to identify children's developmental needs. </li><li>Develop individualized plans, based on the student's IFSP, to support the inclusion of children with disabilities or developmental delays. </li><li>Support staff to design and implement inclusive activities that accommodate a variety of learning styles and abilities. </li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to the inclusion of children with disabilities. </li><li>Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other specialists to integrate inclusive practices into daily routines. </li><li>Offer guidance and support to educators in adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of all children. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's assessments, individualized plans, and progress. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Social Services, Human Resources, or closely related field required </li><li>Early Childhood Education & Special Education experience required </li><li>Experience working with diverse student populations strongly preferred </li></ul> <p>Professional or Other Required Clearances</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver's License required </li><li>Current police, child abuse, and FBI fingerprint clearances within 1 year required </li></ul> <p>Anticipated Salary Range:</p> <p>Project, HS1, $60,694.40 - $77,563.20</p> <ul> <li>Placement on band is based on years of direct experience in a comparable role. </li></ul> <p>260 day position, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week</p> <p>LB</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>Chester County Intermediate Unit is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
