<p>Close All</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Department of Human Resources at CU Boulder is seeking an Executive Coach! The individual in this role will provide coaching to executive leaders (deans, assistant and associate deans; senior, associate and assistant vice chancellors, and some senior level directors). This person will provide skilled executive coaching that cultivates growth that leads to improved leadership skills and management of career challenges. Goal setting, performance improvement, problem solving, and establishment of confidentiality and trust are focus areas for the coaching. HR partners with campus in the achievement of the campus vision and strategic imperatives.</p> <p>What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be</p> <p>Specific job duties include meeting with clients, facilitating the coaching process, and facilitating management tasks (billing, record keeping, scheduling).</p> <p>What We Can Offer</p> <p>The hire rate for this part-time position is $150.00 per hour.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave.</p> <p>Be Statements</p> <p>Be supportive. Be impactful. Be Boulder.</p> <p>What We Require</p> <ul> <li>A BA/BS in human resources, psychology, or a related field. </li><li>Certification or progress toward certification in coaching. Training through a recognized coaching program through a credible organization (such as the International Coaching Federation, the Neuroleadership Institute or the Institute for Executive Coaching and Leadership) is required. Certification in executive coaching is preferred.
