<p>A FreshDirect Recruiter will manage full cycle recruiting across all of FreshDirect and its locations. You'll devise and execute an effective system for evaluating and hiring FreshDirect team staff, closing a high volume of crucial roles to meet our ambitious hiring goals as we continue to grow. You'll partner with Hiring Mangers and the HR team on developing our talent strategy, hiring roadmap, establishing best practices, and leverage those tools to operate autonomously to meet hiring targets.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for full cycle recruitment process for hourly hiring for warehouse and transportation positions </li><li>Partner with hiring managers to keep organized record of applicant status, as well as provide guidance on job descriptions and posting locations. </li><li>Prescreen candidates, review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements </li><li>Present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval </li><li>Act as a point person for the Freshdirect recruitment team </li><li>Strong knowledge of recruiting avenues for active and passive candidate recruiting-including cold calling candidates, job site awareness, and contacts within college and job fair networks. </li><li>Post openings in online job boards, newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, other position appropriate venues to post positions to appropriate sources </li><li>Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. </li><li>Manage and respond in a timely manner to day by day occurrences </li></ul> <p>Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related business studies and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience and education. </li><li>Minimum two (2) years' experience in recruiting for of mass hiring and/or Corporate/Agency recruiting. </li><li>Experience in recruiting for Retail / Transportation/ warehouse is preferred </li><li>Experience in a fast paced Human Resources environment is preferred </li><li>Excellent verbal/written communication skills. </li><li>Willingness to take the lead, leadership courage. </li><li>Working knowledge and industry knowledge related to assigned departments. </li><li>Excellent interviewing and active listening skills. </li><li>Strong knowledge of recruiting based websites, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and creative sourcing techniques. </li><li>Ability to communicate with executives and employees within all levels of the organization. </li><li>Capacity to prioritize work and address time sensitive matters. </li><li>Working knowledge of employment laws.
