The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal & communication skills. They will also have a Bachelor's degree along with experience in sales development. This is an in-office position.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH</p> <ul> <li>Frequent contact and support via phone with Duro-Last customers and associates, assisting with order management </li><li>Become well-versed in presenting all Duro-Last product line offerings </li><li>Provide all levels of sales support to in-field Sales Representatives to keep them focused on selling </li><li>Assist with Plant tours and Duro-Last sales training to Duro-Last contractors </li><li>Pre-qualify leads for the territory and disperse them to the appropriate Sales Rep. </li><li>Travel within territory to build loyalty with Duro-Last customers and create new business opportunities with building owners, specifiers, corporate accounts, architects, etc. </li><li>Plan, exhibit, and execute successful industry trade shows </li><li>Participation in territory sales plans, meetings and evaluations </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS</p> <ul> <li>Drive territory growth by looking through orders determining missing product line items, maximizing our $/sqft </li><li>Assist with scheduling and coordinating plant tours for contractors, building owners and other groups to grow awareness of our different product offerings </li><li>Attend and contribute during sales meetings, offering insight of improvements that can be made </li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned. </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience</p> <p>Field of Study Preferred: Management/Sales/Marketing or similar</p> <p>Required Work Experience: 1-3 years sales experience</p> <p>Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office/Google products</p> <p>Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to attend Industry Events and Customer visits (10% - 20%)</p> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to motivate others to accomplish tasks at hand </li><li>Multi-task and prioritize objectives based on level of importance </li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
