We also strive to reform systems through public policy work in Illinois and nationally, and through our consulting services across the globe.</p> <p>DIVISION OVERVIEW: The Corrections Transition Programs (CTP) is a statewide network of clinical reentry management services with the overall purpose of increasing opportunities for successful reentry outcomes. CTP offers specialized case management services to assist individuals in preparing to reintegrate into their families and communities after incarceration. CTP works both inside prisons and in communities to provide reentry support, including, but not limited to, behavioral health referrals, public benefits enrollment, finding employment and housing resources, and obtaining state IDs and vital records.</p> <p>We are currently looking for full-time Supervisor</p> <p>Starting at $50,200 $52,000 contingent upon experience, education, etc.</p> <p>Position Summary: The Supervisor will provide the overall leadership of assigned programs, including program management, clinical supervision, personnel, and day-to-day operations of the assigned programs and services for the agency, including information systems and office management.</p> <p>The Supervisor will ensure clients receive the highest continuity of care based on evidence-based research, treatment modalities, addiction intervention, AODA counseling, recovery support services and best practices by assisting in the development and implementation of, policies, and strategic goals of the agency and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the needs of our clients are met/maintained on an individual basis. This position supervises a team of Case Management and Office Support staff.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Directs, plans, and coordinates the work of staff, including supervision, evaluation, training, and team building within the assigned program </li><li>Supervise the day-to-day activities of the program management and office staff assigned to the designated program </li><li>Establish work schedules for assigned staff and provide direct coverage when necessary </li><li>Provide direct service to clients as necessary </li><li>Coordinate and implement the delivery of consistent and quality program services </li><li>Assists with the development and monitoring of program budget and contract deliverables </li><li>Maintain program information and technology affecting functional area(s) to increase program effectiveness and ensure compliance </li><li>Prepare, interpret, and present reports to the Administrator, external funding sources, and community partners in accordance with established timeframes </li><li>Serves as direct liaison to the Administrator for program-related needs and operational issues </li><li>Facilitation of integrated and multi-disciplinary staffing with IDOC, Parole and providers. </li><li>Provide guidance and support in resolving crisis situations with clients </li><li>Participate in agency-wide work groups as assigned </li><li>Ensure reentry resources are available for the required Inner Circle groups </li></ul> <p>Our Ideal candidate:</p> <ul> <li>Masters degree preferred from an accredited college/university; bachelors degree in human services or a related field </li><li>Five or more years experience related field; or any equivalent combination of training and experience </li><li>Three or more years of management experience </li><li>Possess CADC certification through the State Certification Board (IAODAPCA). MISA certification is optional but encouraged. </li><li>Knowledge of human behavior and performance for the assessment and treatment of substance abuse disorders. Specific knowledge necessary for working with special populations </li><li>Knowledge of the signs and symptoms of substance abuse </li><li>Knowledge of the ASAM placement criteria and the DSM-V as it relates to substance-related disorders or able to acquire the knowledge </li><li>Knowledge of the Code of Ethics for substance abuse professionals </li><li>Knowledge of the federal drug and alcohol confidentiality law (42 C.F.R.
