This is an hourly position.</p> <p>Expected pay:</p> <p>CRT starting at $29.30 - $34.47</p> <p>RRT starting at $31.49 - $37.05</p> <p>Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.</p> <p>This position also includes an night shift differential of $4.00/hr and a weekend differential of $3.25/hr.</p> <p>Eligible for a $15,000 Sign On Bonus!</p> <p>Overview</p> <ul> <li>Certified and Registered Respiratory Therapists are encouraged to apply. Pay scales will differ dependent on CRT or RRT status </li></ul> <p>POSITION SUMMARY: A Respiratory Therapist completes clinical actions necessary for accomplishing a plan of care within the Respiratory field as ordered by a physician that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>American Heart BLS Certification </li><li>Completion of accredited Respiratory Therapy Program </li><li>Current IL license as Respiratory Care Practitioner </li><li>Certified by the National Board for Respiratory Therapy </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Previous Respiratory Experience </li></ul> <p>OSF Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
