Increase the synergies and employ the knowledge of plant teams.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Support teams as required </li><li>Maintain a positive working attitude and environment </li><li>Ensure that policies, procedures, and bargaining unit agreement requirements are satisfied </li><li>Willingness to accept and delegate authority </li><li>Accurately maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures </li><li>Focus on product quality and process control Perform "make" versus "buy" analysis </li><li>Interview, appraise and discipline employees. Acknowledge team accomplishments </li><li>Support material shortages </li><li>Support machine and equipment repairs </li><li>Report and respond to product and process nonconformance issues. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
