Therapeutic Center</p> <p>A.E.R.O is a Special Education Cooperative comprised of 11-member school districts, located in Burbank, IL, approximately 15 miles from the heart of Chicago. We aim to provide comprehensive special education programs and related services to students Pre K- age 22 with disabilities, who are residents of our member districts.</p> <p>Our new therapeutic center offers a collaborative environment for Special Education Teachers to work with IEP teams and fellow SPED Teachers in the same grade band and program. AERO supports teachers to engage in whole classroom activities, 1:1 sessions, and small group activities in the classroom and around the school building. The center's design includes breakout spaces for more personalized learning. Teachers are provided computers and technology for teaching and report/documentation completion.
