<p>OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE</p> <ul> <li>Contract execution of physical trades as per contractually agreed terms in the safest and most cost-effective way. </li><li>Identifying operational risks that given trade might present and plan/mitigate accordingly </li><li>Close cross-internal department daily communication required to execute the contract (Finance, treasury, logistics, etc.) </li><li>Maintaining relationships with the Clients and Contractors </li></ul> <p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate deliveries from/ to the counterparties </li><li>Arrange logistics (inland and sea) to execute a trade </li><li>Create Purchase orders, review purchase invoices and arrange for payments </li><li>Create Sales order and prepare sales invoices </li><li>Arrange for weighing and sampling of the product </li><li>Coordinate with the customers/supplier's assay exchange </li><li>Coordinate customs clearance of the cargo </li><li>Draft, review and approve cargo documentation </li><li>Daily update of inventory positions in the system </li><li>Daily communication with Counterparties for execution of the contracts </li><li>Daily communication with carriers, plants and labs </li><li>Internal coordination with commercial and planning teams </li><li>Provide weekly information for sales cash forecast for Finance </li><li>Preparation of reports to customer /supplier's. </li><li>Act as back up of the other team members </li></ul> <p>EXPECTIONS</p> <ul> <li>To have full understanding of the product, logistical chain, risks involved and best practices </li><li>To deliver proper execution of the trade </li><li>Manage customer service </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred. </li><li>2-3 years' of experience in similar role </li><li>SAP experience is preferable </li></ul> <p>COMPETENCIES/BEHAVIORS</p> <ul> <li>Customer Service focuses of external and internal customer. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills. </li><li>Good written and oral communication </li><li>Strong team player eager to support and share knowledge with the team to achieve the excellence in the team performance. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage variety of activities simultaneously </li><li>Supports Nyrstar values of preventing harm, being open and honest, doing as we say, being considerate, and working together. </li><li>Excellent planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines. </li><li>Flexible and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul>
