<p>Afiniti, Inc. seeks a Lead Software Engineer to perform integration activities aimed to support deployment of assigned projects. Establish and maintain relationships as the point-of-contact person between clients, vendors, and Afiniti teams (on and offshore). Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and system information for assigned projects. Perform system discovery, design, testing, and smooth production cutover of product deployment and post-live support. Identify, resolve, and escalate any software development production issues with the relevant internal teams. Perform software related research and development on new ACD platform and their APIs/SDKs and recommend appropriate integration methods and improve the design.</p> <p>Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field and one year of experience in a system integration related occupation.
