<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the end-to-end billing process for external law firms, and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Bally's outside counsel billing guidelines. </li><li>Review and process invoices, including making edits and revisions based on attorney and vendor feedback. </li><li>Monitor billing submissions, track acceptance and approval statuses, and address any rejections or reductions. </li><li>Coordinate and facilitate client onboarding, including setting up new matters, timekeepers, and billing rates. </li><li>Respond to billing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. </li><li>Maintain client billing files, engagement letters, and billing correspondence. </li><li>Generate billing reports and assist with analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities for efficiency, and potential improvement in billing practices. </li><li>Adhere to all policies and procedures related to invoices and contract management. </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent attention to detail. </li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. </li></ul> <p>Target Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>$24.00- $28.00 per hour </li></ul> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
