This role combines deep SAP technical and functional expertise with strong industry knowledge to design, govern, and deliver compliant, scalable, and high-impact SAP solutions.</p> <p>Operating as both a Solution Architect and Delivery Leader, this role ensures SAP programs successfully transition from solutioning through execution while meeting regulatory, operational, and business objectives specific to Life Sciences organizations.</p> <p>Solution Architects assess a project's technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for the design and implementation of the overall technical and solution architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, the solution principles guiding the organization, the software design and the implementation. The scope of the Solution Architect's role is defined by the business issue at hand. To fulfil the role, a Solution Architect utilizes business and technology expertise and experience.</p> <p>Solution/Delivery Architect Director - Responsible for the solution. Own, shape and drive the solution delivery and the partnership between Capgemini and the client. Understand the challenges, complexities and opportunities inherent in a business environment. Align the design of the solution according to the principles of enterprise architecture and control its successful implementation. Identify and assess technical evolution scenarios of a client organization and define its governance processes and program management. Are acknowledged internally and externally as a thought leader, are seen as a role model in the community, and can operate effectively at the highest levels within national and multi-national organizations.</p> <p>Your Role</p> <ul> <li>SAP Life Sciences Industry Leadership - Recognized North America expert in a defined SAP domain (e.g., S/4HANA, Supply Chain, BTP, Data & Analytics), with deep industry process expertise including Med Tech and/or BioPharma experience. </li><li>Maintain current knowledge of SAP releases, roadmap, and emerging capabilities; translate innovations into client value propositions. </li><li>Rapidly learn adjacent technologies and map them to client needs across Capgemini lines of business. </li><li>Act as an expert in multiple core business processes for a primary industry (or a limited set of micro-industries). </li><li>Facilitate SAP + technology-agnostic business capability/process workshops; convert outcomes into solution requirements and target architectures. </li><li>Build a sustained personal brand as the "go-to" domain expert for the most critical sales and delivery opportunities. </li><li>Embody Capgemini's seven core values (Honesty, Boldness, Trust, Freedom, Fun, Modesty, Team Spirit). </li><li>Sales Leadership & Commercial Ownership- Own the plan and delivery of end-to-end proposal responses aligned to client requirements, including executive summary and cohesive solution narrative for $50M+ TCV pursuits. </li><li>Executive Presentations- Plan and deliver compelling client presentations and full oral submissions for $50M+ opportunities across Capgemini capabilities. </li><li>Translate complex solution and delivery concepts into clear executive narratives and </li><li>Establish and maintain "trusted advisor" status with key stakeholders (including Director-level and above). </li><li>Navigate complex stakeholder environments; drive alignment on scope, outcomes, operating model, and roadmap. </li><li>Lead solution blueprinting and architecture for large transformation programs to enable timely and profitable delivery. </li><li>Shape program strategy and roadmap across Capgemini lines of business; lead across the full delivery lifecycle. </li><li>Ensure delivery capabilities align to market demand and emerging areas of expertise. </li><li>Identify and prioritize business practice changes and solution enablers that unlock measurable benefits. </li><li>Transformational Change Leadership- Demonstrate expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation approaches (greenfield/brownfield), and the relationship between change activities and program delivery. </li><li>Build and maintain commercially productive partnerships with complementary third-party organizations regionally (e.g., SAP, Syniti, Microsoft, etc.) </li><li>Develop reusable proposal/presentation content and marketing materials leveraged across multiple pursuits within the region. </li><li>Capture delivery learnings into accelerators, templates, playbooks, and offerings to enrich the COE's body of knowledge. </li><li>Oversee (or be accountable for) design, development, and delivery of templates/accelerators/IP and offerings across multiple areas of expertise </li></ul> <p>Your Skills and Experience</p> <ul> <li>15+ years of professional experience in SAP and Large Scale transformations with significant focus on Life Sciences Implementations. </li><li>5 + full lifecycle implementations, with strong S/4HANA experience. </li><li>Proven experience delivering S/4HANA greenfield and/or brownfield programs. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and other SAP technologies. - S/4HANA, BTP, current and emerging patterns for a composable enterprise including: Analytics, Data, Integration, Best of Breed / Best of Suite for Line of Business solutions, and ability to stitch SAP and non-SAP applications together across the application topology to deliver outcomes for client. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership in complex, multi-workstream programs and cross-functional stakeholder management. </li><li>Strong written and verbal executive communication (proposal narrative, exec summaries, oral presentations). </li><li>Experience in consulting environment preferred (Big 4/large SI preferred per your criteria). </li><li>SAP certifications relevant to domain expertise. </li><li>Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) and/or methodology credentials where applicable. </li><li>Able to own plan and deliver an entire proposal response from specific reference to a clients requirements, including the executive summary, for an opportunity in excess of $50 million, TCV. </li><li>Capable of doing this for proposals that span Capgemini lines of business across the SBU, playing as #OneCapgemini. </li></ul> <p>The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $123,750-$282,000</p> <p>Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.</p> <p>The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.</p> <p>These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.</p> <p>It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.</p> <p>Capgemini offers a comprehensive, non-negotiable benefits package to all regular, full-time employees.
