You will join a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality results, safety, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing</p> <ul> <li> <p>Precision Packaging: Sort, label, and package finished goods according to exact customer specifications and quality standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Quality Control: Inspect the appearance of finished products to maintain our "zero-defect" goal.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Support: Prepare cores for machine operators and maintain a steady flow of packaging materials to keep the line moving.</p> </li><li> <p>Team Collaboration: Coordinate with different shifts and departments to ensure smooth handoffs and effective site operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Problem Solving: Participate in group problem-solving and 5S audits to improve safety and productivity.</p> </li></ul> <p>Who You Are (Qualifications)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience: High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Safety-First Mindset: You prioritize the wellbeing of yourself and your teammates above all else.</p> </li><li> <p>Detail Oriented: You take pride in "Delivering High-Quality Work" and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) exactly.</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptable Team Player: You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Readiness: Comfortable learning new computer applications and able to obtain a Lift Truck Operator's License.</p> </li><li> <p>Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.</p> </li></ul> <p>Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday</p> <p>Hiring rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential</p> <p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or other protected status.
