<p>Overview: Turn 14 Distribution is searching for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day operations. This role will be critical in managing our rapidly growing operation. We will rely on this person for front-line management, idea creation, and implementation to help improve our productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Manage a team of 1 - 2 leads and 10 - 20 Warehouse Associates Responsible for accurate and timely approval of timesheets via Ceridian Dayforce Responsible for evaluating staff and writing effective performance reviews Tracks attendance and prepares corrective action when needed Advanced knowledge of operations in at least two departments and can be held accountable for those areas Ensures successful shift preparation by arriving with enough time to receive a pass-down from departing supervisors.
