The Administrative Support team assists clients and staff at the front desk of an office, answers a multi-line phone system, assists clients in a virtual platform and assists with administrative projects. This position is onsite at an office Mon- Thurs with remote work on Friday. Remote work is subject to change at any time. This position primarily works at the Independence office located in Wheat Ridge, CO. This is an opportunity that requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to a growing and changing work environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment assisting people face-to-face, managing a fluctuating workload while providing exceptional customer service and skilled administrative project management.</p> <p>Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma plus 1 year of relevant administrative work experience. </li><li>Previous work experience in customer service, answering a multiline phone system and with a virtual platform such as Zoom or Teams is highly desirable. </li><li>Previous work in the healthcare industry is desirable. </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent customer service and communication skills. </li><li>Assist clients, visitors and staff positively and with a cheerful disposition. </li><li>Support Front Office, in-person operations. </li><li>Oversee front desk operations when the Office Administrator is unavailable. </li><li>Ability to work remotely in a private space to be HIPPA compliant. </li><li>Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection that supports the technological needs of the Call Center, virtual platforms and administrative operations. </li><li>Answer and support the Center-wide multi-line phone system to support the call center. </li><li>Use technology including Zoom, Teams or other virtual platforms to support virtual operations. </li><li>Ability to support the administrative needs of Jefferson Center completing assigned projects accurately, independently and on time. </li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, within Jefferson Center's business hours Monday - Friday, independently and with little supervision. </li><li>Requires dependability adhering to the work schedule, client care and project management. </li><li>Strong decision-making skills determining action steps to assist clients, staff and project requirements. </li><li>Initiate and maintain effective interpersonal relations with consumers, peers, staff and the general public exhibiting courtesy, enthusiasm, flexibility and a spirit of cooperation. </li><li>Timely and thorough response to phone calls, email and other requests from consumers and staff. </li><li>Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive work environment. </li><li>Float to provide front office support and maintain office operations at various locations within Jefferson County, as needed. </li><li>Attend mandatory meetings and training courses. To be compliant with individual training plan. </li><li>Reliable transportation is required. </li><li>Other duties assigned. </li></ul> <p>Salary Grade 8: $50,000 annually ($24.04/hr)</p> <ul> <li>The annual salary range listed above is based on 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week). </li></ul> <p>Application Deadline: 8/28/2025.
