<p>The Department of English and Creative Writing at Colgate University invites applications for a one-year visiting assistant professor position in medieval literature of the British Isles, beginning fall semester 2026. Completion of Ph.D. is expected prior to, or shortly after the date of hire. The teaching assignment of five courses will include our introductory-level course in British Literary Traditions and an intermediate-level course. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to Colgate's Core Curriculum.</p> <p>Salary Range or Pay Grade</p> <p>$74,000-$78,000</p> <p>Application Instructions</p> <p>Please submit letter of application and CV through Interfolio.
