We can't wait to meet you!</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>At least 6-12 months experience in retail or customer-facing roles </li><li>A working knowledge of bicycles and cycling gear </li><li>Confident in using a POS system, CRM tools, and basic office tech like Google Workspace </li><li>Competitive (in a good way!) and motivated by clear goals </li><li>Comfort with the physical demands of the role: Lifting bikes, moving boxes, and being on your feet for extended periods </li><li>Comfortable chatting with customers in person and on the phone </li><li>Handy with tools and able to make small adjustments to bikes and gear </li></ul>
