When quality issues are detected, notifies proper personnel in accordance with North American Quality & Process Transformation SOP. Takes appropriate action, such as segregation, culling and making inventory adjustments through proper materials management notification. Assists in detailed root cause analysis and is a key team member on process improvement teams. Responds to special inspection requirements as well as pre-established inspection schedules.
