The cover letter should address your specific interest in the position and outline skills and experience that directly relate to this position.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>PSS is seeking dependable and detail-oriented research assistants who have experience working with children and are available for in-person work. All research assistants need to be able to adhere to strict study protocols and be sensitive to working with vulnerable populations. This would be an ideal position for someone seeking clinical research experience and pursuing psychology, social work, public health, or medicine.</p> <p>Responsibilities*</p> <p>We are recruiting assistants to administer a standardized brief stress task, to provide childcare to participants, and to help with study tasks.</p> <p>Required Qualifications*</p> <ul> <li>Must have availability for in-person tasks at least two days a week from 11am-3pm. More availability is strongly preferred, and priority will be given to applicants with flexible schedules </li><li>Applicants interested in a two-semester research position are strongly encouraged to apply </li><li>Most RAs work an average of 4-5 hours a month </li><li>Must have reliable transportation to and from our office (located at 4250 Plymouth Road in Ann Arbor) </li><li>Compensation commensurate with experience </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule</p> <p>Days and time vary based on need each week</p> <p>Work Locations</p> <p>This is an in person position located at Rachel Upjohn Building, 4250 Plymouth Road in Ann Arbor, MI.</p> <p>Modes of Work</p> <p>Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
