<p>Gardner Webb Women's soccer is seeking applicants for the position of Athletic Graduate Intern (AGI) for Women's Soccer. Qualified applicants will assist in fostering a highly competitive and positive team culture where high-quality relationships with fellow coaches and student-athletes are emphasized. This is a full-time, 12-month position.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the head coach to prepare practice plans and directly assist with strategic and personnel decisions </li><li>Assist the head coach to coordinate and execute a successful recruiting strategy to build the best possible chance for championships </li><li>On and off-field skill instruction </li><li>Goalkeeper training </li><li>Office duties including team and individual video analysis </li><li>Assist with equipment storage </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required </li><li>Acceptance into a GWU graduate program required </li><li>Valid driver's license required </li><li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal </li><li>Coaching experience is desired with the purpose of coaching as a career </li></ul> <p>Benefits include Annual Tuition Remission, a monthly stipend and Fall and Spring Housing, based on availability.</p> <p>Application:</p> <p>Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until position is filled.
