The shift leader position plays a very significant role in the restaurant in support of the Restaurant General Manager.</p> <p>ROLE: Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner</p> <p>Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY: Ensuring Consistent Customer Satisfaction</p> <p>Ensure that all Team Members complete the tasks for their assigned position(s)</p> <p>Ensure all employees present a neat, clean appearance and wear company uniforms.</p> <p>Personally demonstrate that Customer needs are the highest priority</p> <p>Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders</p> <p>Cooperate with peers as part of a team and help others when they need a hand</p> <p>Developing people by providing regular feedback to the RGM on the performance of Team Members</p> <p>Handle conflicts constructively and work with RGM to achieve a resolution</p> <p>ACT LIKE AN OWNER:</p> <p>Assist in Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures</p> <p>Maintain inventory and manage labor</p> <p>Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times</p> <p>Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times</p> <p>Be servesafe certified with at least 1 year of managing a restaurant in a fast pace setting. Be honest, consistent, reliable.
