The candidate must have strong experience in data analysis, coding, and model experimentation with ability to drive business with the data-generated insights. The ideal candidate has a deep interest in supply chain, business strategy, and operation and must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders. The candidate will be working closely with department leadership teams to improve supply chain processes.</p> <p>You Will</p> <ul> <li>Be responsible foranalyzing data from various sources and automate dashboards and reports </li><li>Work with department leadership teams toidentifygaps in the system and suggest solutions </li><li>Investigate andidentifypotential areas to improve database and supply chain planning </li><li>Monitor and track new system developments/deployments/enhancements </li><li>Partner with cross functional teams closely to ensureoptimalstock position </li><li>Work withbusinessstake holders on data analysis and data optimization </li><li>Execute special ad-hoc tasks or projects promptly when needed </li><li>The ability to work with others in a team environment, the ability to take direction from Supervisors, the ability to follow work rules and procedures, and the ability to accept constructive criticism. </li><li>Assistwhere needed. </li><li>Follow all safety rules. </li></ul> <p>You Must Have</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Engineering, and Science or any quantitative field and 3+ years of related full-time work experience after graduation. </li><li>Experience with building Dashboards (Tableau,PowerBI) </li><li>Experience working with SQL (MySQL and MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) DBs,Databricks </li><li>Experience in Python, specifically Pandas,NumPy, and Data Visualization libraries </li><li>High levelof skill in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets in Excel environment </li><li>Solid understanding of principles of inventory management and replenishment process </li><li>Knowledge of international supply chain and oversea import experience is a plus </li><li>Detail management - provide detail analysis of item performance </li><li>Ability toidentifyinconsistencies in data and perform validation </li><li>Self-motivation and a determination to succeed </li><li>Innovative ideas followed by clear planning & implementation </li></ul> <p>A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position based on job experience, education level, global geographic region, etc: $90,000 - $110,000</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>CarParts.com is an equal-opportunity employer.
