This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Designs and implements process improvements to enhance performance, reduce inefficiencies, and support complex cross-functional projects</p> </li><li> <p>Leverages data and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to identify trends, determine root causes, and drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and customer experience</p> </li><li> <p>Serves as a Subject Matter Expert, mapping processes (BPMN), documenting SOPs, and understanding operational impacts across the business</p> </li><li> <p>Develops roadmaps for tools and technologies that improve both customer and internal stakeholder experiences</p> </li><li> <p>Leads knowledge sharing by teaching back lessons learned and providing training recommendations to improve team capabilities</p> </li><li> <p>Builds strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, and executives while mentoring and coaching team members for ongoing development</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills, Experience and Requirements</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from four-year college and university or at least 5 years of equivalent experience </li><li>Six Sigma/Lean certification (Black belt at a minimum) </li><li>Strong understanding of process tools and methodologies </li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement and implementation on a national scope </li><li>Knowledge of process automation tools, GenAI, AI/ML </li><li>Experience leading by influence, and success in being a driver of change in an organization </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Exceptional analytical, creative, technical project management and interpersonal skills, along with an intense customer focus </li><li>Self driven with the ability to plan and organize their own work and the team's work around expected deadlines </li><li>Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; SQL, Python or any analytical tool experience a plus </li><li>Excellent communication (written and presentation) style; can easily create a story and value proposition, develop presentations, and present in front of internal/external clients, as well as frontline to executive levels </li><li>Demonstrated ability to write technical procedure documents and process flows </li><li>Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities </li></ul> <p>Visa sponsorship not available for this role</p> <p>Salary Ranges</p> <p>Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.</p> <p>The base pay range shown is a guideline.
