The Technology Services Senior Engineer is responsible for the availability, security, scalability, and continuity of the internal systems our employees rely on every day. What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Act as a senior technical leader designing and evolving enterprise identity and access governance frameworks </li><li>Architect secure, automation-first solutions across identity platforms, SaaS tools, and business systems </li><li>? Build and maintain event-driven, API-based provisioning and lifecycle automation </li><li>Lead complex incident resolution and serve as an escalation point for cross-system challenges </li><li>Establish standards for reliability, security, monitoring, and automation resilience </li><li>Partner with Architecture, Security, and Governance teams to translate strategy into working systems </li><li>Create high-quality technical documentation supporting operational sustainability and audit readiness </li><li>Mentor engineers, share best practices, and influence long-term technical direction </li></ul> <p>The Impact You'll Make</p> <p>Your work will directly improve security posture, operational scale, and employee experience across Pax8.
