<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Apex Lightening Web Components SOSQL in Wilmington, DC.</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce APEX Lightening Web Components Tech Lead to drive architectural and data design decisions for our Corporate Responsibility Technology team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about technology, skilled in Salesforce, and eager to mentor junior developers.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the design and development of innovative solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, supporting programs in volunteerism, grants, and donations </li><li>Guide junior developers in architectural best practices and data design, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions </li><li>Automate business processes using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, APEX, and modern JavaScript frameworks </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and business leaders to deliver strategically sound system solutions </li><li>Integrate new tools and technologies to enhance our digital commerce capabilities* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field </li><li>5 plus years of experience in front-end development with modern frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, Vue) </li><li>Strong experience with git/version control </li><li>Proficient in Salesforce APEX or similar languages (Java, C#, etc.) </li><li>Demonstrated strategic thinking and understanding of business processes </li><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members </li><li>Salesforce Developer or Architecture Certification is a plus </li></ul> <p>Ideal Candidate:</p> <ul> <li>Experienced in leading technical teams and making architectural decisions </li><li>Passionate about mentoring and developing junior talent </li><li>Ready to shape the future of our global digital commerce initiatives </li></ul>
