If you answered yes to these questions, the Headquarters (HQ) Transitional Financial Advisor may be the perfect role for you!</p> <p>Edward Jones has an opening for a HQ Transitional Financial Advisor to maintain relationships with clients when a branch office needs a temporary Financial Advisor. This role will support 4-6 offices remotely s. This person will be expected to travel 1-2/weeks per trimester, subject to change based on needs of the team.</p> <p>Desired candidates will need to build relationships with clients easily and be able to provide appropriate investment advice based on the clients' needs. Due to this, you will need two years of experience as a Financial Advisor and must be comfortable working with clients via phone and email most of the time.</p> <p>OFFICE HOURS: This office is available to clients Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm CST; work hours will be based on your time zone and will be discussed further in the interview process.</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <ul> <li>Preserve and restore customer relationships when a former Financial Advisor is unable to meet those obligations </li><li>Provide excellent client service and suitable investment advice during the transition period </li><li>Provide initial contact and ongoing guidance and service to the clients </li><li>Research and resolve any service issues or unfinished tasks </li><li>Work in partnership with the Business Office Administrators to ensure a high level of customer service </li><li>Keep the department apprised of any Compliance/Field Service concerns </li></ul> <p>What you'll need...</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor </li><li>Series 7 and 66 licenses required </li><li>Insurance licenses required: life, health and variable annuity </li><li>Commit to traveling 1-2 weeks/trimester </li><li>Extensive flexibility, reliability and strong decision-making skills </li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills </li><li>Strong telephone and customer-service skills </li><li>Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred </li><li>Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.* </li></ul> <p>At Edward Jones, we are building a place where everyone feels like they belong.
