<p>Job Description:</p> <p>GLASTONBURY PUBLIC SCHOOLS</p> <p>Glastonbury, Connecticut</p> <p>NOTICE OF VACANCY</p> <p>POSITION:</p> <p>Tutor - Multilingual Learner, TEMPORARY, Part-Time (Non-Union)</p> <p>Programs at Eastbury and Hopewell Elementary School</p> <p>SCHEDULE:</p> <p>Monday/Tuesday/ Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm</p> <p>WAGES:</p> <p>$25.50 per hour</p> <p>DUTIES:</p> <p>Provide individual and small group instruction to English language learners under the direction of the Multilingual Learner Program Coordinator and Multilingual Learner/WL Director.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree required</p> <p>The ability to engage students in the English language acquisition process. Good communication and technology skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate easily and work well with students and staff.
