A minimum of five years experience is required.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Responsibilities include in class teaching in applicable program. Participate in regular training and development opportunities as needed.</p> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Students.</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required</p> <ul> <li>A lifestyle in agreement with the ONU Statement of Mission, Faith, and Lifestyle Covenant. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of online educational delivery tools. </li><li>Demonstrated teaching abilities. </li><li>Demonstrated higher education experience. </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft products. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of adult learners. </li><li>18 graduate, semester transcript hours in an applicable field of teaching. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>EDUCATION</p> <p>Required: Masters Degree and/or CPA preferred Doctorate or terminal degree; minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in their applicable field.</p> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>Adjunct instructors are classified as part-time faculty, which does not afford any benefits by the University.</p> <p>TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Private workstation, computer, or laptop with a webcam and microphone (tablet will not be sufficient). </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office products. </li></ul> <p>SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION</p> <p>Adjuncts will be paid based on their highest degree and level of course taught.
