<p>Kforce has a client in New York seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead cross-functional, business-focused initiatives that improve risk controls, operational processes, and data governance. This role partners with senior leaders and business teams to shape recommendations, manage execution, and embed change for durable outcomes across multiple lines of business.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Program & Project Leadership: Serve as the central coordination point across sponsors and workstreams; Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and governance; Drive execution against project mandates with structured rigor </li><li>Structured Problem Solving: Synthesize complex inputs from diverse sources; Apply logical frameworks to organize information and produce clear, actionable recommendations </li><li>Thought Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop implementable solutions that balance risk, customer experience, and operational feasibility; Present recommendations to audiences at all levels </li><li>Risk, Issues & Dependencies: Proactively identify risks and interdependencies; Maintain mitigation plans; Track decisions and outcomes; Ensure timely escalation and resolution </li><li>Change Management: Design and execute change plans-stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption metrics-to ensure long-term success of initiatives </li><li>Performance & Reporting: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and cadence for status, financials, and benefits realization; deliver concise updates for executives and partners* Proven Project Management: Demonstrated success moving complex, cross-functional initiatives forward in a highly matrixed environment; Urgency for outcomes and disciplined follow-through </li><li>Self-Starter: High learning agility; comfortable creating structure amid ambiguity; Able to operate with limited supervision </li><li>Stakeholder Influence: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to build trust, gain followership, and navigate varied working styles across business units </li><li>Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to ask the right questions, see the big picture, and translate broad data sets into clear recommendations; Strong Excel fluency </li><li>Executive Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills (PowerPoint); Comfortable presenting to senior audiences </li></ul>
