<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>The Member Relationship Manager is responsible for the overall success of the branch. This includes developing and inspiring the team to build and maintain member relationships and to achieve all performance goals. The Member Relationship Manager oversees branch operations and compliance to applicable policies, procedures and regulations. As a member of the credit union's management team, the Member Relationship Manager represents the credit union in various community activities and organizations.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <p>Performs functions, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to members served by the Credit Union.</p> <ol> <li> <p>Responsible for leading and managing the daily sales and operations of the branch to include depository, lending, and facilities ensuring adherence to credit union policies and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts periodic performance reviews, provides coaching, training, development, and motivation as needed to include member service and sales goals. Participates in hiring, salary, and promotional recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures efficient, effective, and courteous delivery of member service. Guides and advises staff and members regarding complex member issues, complaints, and resolutions. Works with departments across the credit union as needed. Recommends appropriate solutions to meet member needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Leads and manages sales and member service activities, programs, processes, etc. with a focus on retaining and deepening member relationships and attracting new members and businesses to meet or exceed assigned deposit, loan production, and member service goals. Makes appropriate referrals to product specialists such as wealth management, IRAs, real estate, and commercial lending, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Completes all member requests including, but not limited to, onboarding new members, opening deposit and loan accounts, taking mortgage applications, servicing requests and routine bank transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payment, etc.). Administers supervisor overrides for restricted transactions appropriately and within assigned limits to approve and take responsibility for the transaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for overall branch operational tasks including audits, cash settlements, daily recap, ATMs, cash recyclers, month reporting, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for providing annual budget information including but not limited to lending and deposit goals, expense account information and income generation. Ensures the branch meets established budgeted goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Creates and maintains a branch marketing strategy/plan. Identifies competition, opportunities, and strategies to market All One within assigned area. Ensures implementation of the plan by employees.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversees branch security to ensure it is in conformance with the Credit Union's security program and procedures. Ensures security equipment is in proper working order. Provides staff with security training and information, as necessary. Ensures systems are properly set and employees who open and close the branch are properly trained. Responds to alarms, as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Keeps current of credit union policies and procedures, products, and services, and related industry and regulatory developments. Attends meetings as needed and ensures staff is kept up to date; conducts periodic meetings to provide updated information as necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Represents All One through various community events and organizations. Actively develops new business and promotes the Credit Union within the community.</p> </li><li> <p>Models All One's values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Responsible for compliance with the following regulations: BSA, OFAC, and other regulations as required.</p> </li></ol> <p>Secondary Responsibilities:</p> <ol start="13"> <li> <p>Ensures compliance with currency transactions reporting requirements. Monitors documents and procedures and provides training to appropriate personnel. Reports compliance activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures proper upkeep of assigned branch equipment and provides for routine maintenance of operational equipment and systems. Ensures that branch facility is maintained in a neat, attractive and functionally efficient manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in assigned task forces or committees within the Credit Union.</p> </li></ol> <p>Supervisory Responsibility:</p> <p>The Member Relationship Representatives and the Member Relationship Assistant Manager report directly to this position.</p> <p>Work-Life Balance, Benefits & Compensation:</p> <p>We understand the importance of work-life balance, and our programs give employees peace of mind. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors as permitted by law.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Five years of experience in retail banking and consumer lending along with strong knowledge of banking products, services, operations and compliance. Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a team. Excellent sales skills and proven ability to build and maintain member relationships. Must have exceptional communication, decision making, analytical and organizational skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.</p> <p>Must be able to work a rotating schedule of Monday through Saturday. Must be registered with NMLS.
