<p>Customer Experience Technician Division Belmar Pharma Solutions Category Pharmaceutical Description</p> <p>The Customer Experience Technician is responsible for providing superior customer experience to customers and a supportive environment for the best patient care. In addition, the CX Technician will be responsible for handling high volume phone calls and data order entry. Your dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs will be essential in upholding our company's commitment to excellence.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrate a working knowledge of all pharmacy rules and regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Interpret faxes, escripts, verbal, and written prescription orders</p> </li><li> <p>Input all information into the company's dispensing software</p> </li><li> <p>Charge credit cards for orders</p> </li><li> <p>Answer patient/customer phone calls and provide excellent customer service</p> </li><li> <p>Process refill requests from patients and provider' offices</p> </li><li> <p>Call patients about new prescriptions</p> </li><li> <p>Call providers for refill requests</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain compliance with the Company's patient confidentiality requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Follow all policies and procedures set forth by Company</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>Current Pharmacy Technician certification or registration as required by the state of employment</p> </li><li> <p>Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and empathy</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills, listening skills and attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Microsoft Office products, data entry, email, internet</p> </li><li> <p>Good math skills are essential</p> </li><li> <p>Enjoy working in a team environment</p> </li><li> <p>Possess a strong work ethic</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience working in a retail pharmacy preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Range - $20.50 - $26</p> <p>Position Requirements Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift Days User5 Position Pay Range $20.50 - $26 City and State Position Customer Experience Technician Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Open Date 4/24/2026 Location Belmar Pharmacy - Wisconsin EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
