Join us and help bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to people from around the world.</p> <p>What you get to do:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct day/night cleaning and maintenance of salt and freshwater pools and tanks while adhering to all environmental regulations. </li><li>Maintain general upkeep of shallow water exhibits to include pressure washing, vacuuming, hull scrubbing, and dredging sand. </li><li>Operate equipment and heavy machinery, such as pressure washer, hull scrubber, vacuum excavator, etc. </li><li>Assist Maintenance Divers with tasks and perform duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What it takes to succeed:</p> <ul> <li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>Must be able to lift 80 pounds </li><li>Must be able to push/pull 80 pounds </li><li>Must be able to pass qualifying swim test </li><li>Swimming/physical training required </li><li>Must be able to snorkel </li><li>Must be able to work the overnight shift (approximately anytime from 6pm - 6am) </li><li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time </li><li>Must be able to lift, push and pull 100 pounds alone, 300 pounds assisted </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Scuba certification </li><li>Drivers license </li></ul> <p>The perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as:</p> <ul> <li>FREE park admission </li><li>Discounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friends </li><li>Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. </li><li>Scholarship opportunities </li><li>Exclusive employee events and giveaways </li></ul> <p>EEO Employer:</p> <p>SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
