They're an excellent cross-team communicator, with a knack for understanding, process, mechanical, and electrical systems as well as controls.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Installs, terminates, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical and controls equipment and instrumentation utilizing technical, interpersonal and critical thinking skills</p> </li><li> <p>Working with electronic control systems including microprocessors, sensors, and final control elements used in automated processes</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting controls engineering and facilities groups in troubleshooting, upgrading and new installation of systems</p> </li><li> <p>Understands the principles of measuring levels, pressures, temperatures, flow, and analytical processes using instrumentation</p> </li><li> <p>Consulting manuals, reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, blueprints, and schematics</p> </li><li> <p>Adjusting system components or removing and replacing defective parts, Installing control and measurement instruments on existing or new plant equipment, Using lifts and ladders</p> </li><li> <p>Uses complex electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot and correct problems</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years of experience on process automation and/or electromechanical systems, Ability to perform skilled termination of controls devices</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of low voltage electrical systems from 24VDC to 480VAC</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and P&ID drawings, Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and schematics, Ability to read and interpret PLC code and HMI screens</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in high elevation up to 80 ft, Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge in troubleshooting of motor controls, variable frequency drives, programmable controllers and other electronic components</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of HVAC and process instrumentation (pressure, level, differential pressure, temperature and analytical) Strong understanding of controls valves, dampers, and associated actuators</p> </li><li> <p>Must have command of English Langauge, both written and verbal</p> </li></ul>
