The CVM will engage with Phenom customers globally to drive adoption and usage of Phenom's TXM platform, which translates into Value attainment for our customers, and provides a solid foundation for securing further platform expansion and ultimately, net retention. The Customer Value Manager will have phenomenal customer experience to drive customer value, adoption and retention.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Deliver business impact, innovation and relevant value for your customers by understanding their key business objectives, challenges and opportunities </li><li>Drive value of deployed solutions for all customers in your portfolio by driving retention and providing recommendations to optimization adoption and use of the TXM platform </li><li>Educate customers on new product capabilities and position value propositions </li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop connections ensuring a smooth customer journey </li><li>Oversee key stakeholder relationships post-signature and own and drive these relationships post-go live </li><li>Create success and adoption plans following sales handover to understand and define expectations for partnerships </li><li>Oversee Champions training and certification, and deliver persona-based end user training </li><li>Host regular office hours for end users through go live and oversee early adoption period and metrics </li></ul> <p>What You've Done</p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience as a Customer Success/Customer Value Manager role within SaaS space </li><li>Experience using technology, metrics, and reporting to manage a customer support functions </li><li>Ability to have value-based conversation with business executives and key clients </li><li>Experience managing products, product offerings, and customer experience with products </li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills </li></ul> <p>Salary</p> <ul> <li>Expected salary range $75,000 - $85,000 </li></ul> <p>Please note the Salary range is subject to change in the future in accordance with Phenom's policies</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We want you to be your best self and to pursue your passions!</p> <ul> <li>Health and wellness benefits/programs to support holistic employee health </li><li>Flexible hours and working schedules, as well as parental leave for new parents </li><li>Generous vacation policies & holiday time off </li><li>Growing organization with career pathing and development opportunities </li><li>Tons of perks and extras in every office and even to those who work remotely! </li></ul> <p>#LI-SN1</p> <p>#LI-JM1</p> <p>#LI-REMOTE</p> <p>Work Experience</p> <p>#LI-JM1</p> <p>#LI-REMOTE</p>
