Support department team; type and proof routine and complex memos, letters, mass mailings, agreements, documents, reports and spreadsheets.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for assistance with or execution of special projects, as requested, managing deadlines and requirements to keep projects on track.</p> </li><li> <p>Prioritizes work to meet deadlines with minimal guidance as to established times.</p> </li><li> <p>supporting the suites team with any billing issues or collections.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide quality customer service in accordance with Delaware North's GuestPath Universal Service Standards</p> </li></ul> <p>More about you</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use and operation of standard office equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience with variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work cooperatively with others, and adhere to Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be dependable and a self-starter; ability to work independently.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership skills; ability to delegate and coach others.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate job procedures and give clear concise instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting the suites team with any billing issues or collections.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional presentation and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional organizational and project management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiar with standard food and beverage equipment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical requirements</p> <ul> <li>Exposed to outdoors and variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold depending on the season. </li><li>Frequent exposure to, and utilization of, computer. </li></ul> <p>Shift details</p> <p>Days</p> <p>Evenings</p> <p>Holidays</p> <p>Weekends</p> <p>Who we are</p> <p>Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at Target Field dating back to 2010.
