We're looking for compassionate CNAs and HHAs who are reliable, kind, and passionate about caregiving.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Under the clinical direction of the Nurse Case Manager and the administrative direction of the Aide Supervisor, the CNA/HHA provides hands-on care to adult clients in their homes.
