<p>Role: Marketing Channel Manager - Human Capital Management</p> <p>We're seeking an HCM Marketing Channel Manager who will lead strategy, content, and co-marketing programs for our HCM and payroll partners. This role bridges Marketing and Sales to improve partner engagement, grow sourced revenue, and amplify our integration value.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Own HCM channel messaging, GTM strategy, and partner segmentation. </li><li>Build partner enablement (launch kits, integration one-pagers, sales scripts, co-branded collateral). </li><li>Develop co-marketing programs (webinars, email plays, events, partner campaigns). </li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partner Management on integration narratives and adoption. </li><li>Monitor and report on partner-sourced and influenced revenue, and campaign performance. </li><li>Ensure asset compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years in partner/channel or B2B marketing with direct experience in the HCM, payroll, or HRIS space. </li><li>Understanding of HCM buyer needs, HR tech ecosystems, and integration-led value props. </li><li>Proven ability to create sales-oriented content and partner programs. </li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Compliance, and RevOps. </li><li>Strong communication, prioritization, and project management skills. </li><li>Data-driven and comfortable reporting on pipeline, performance, and partner KPIs. </li><li>Bonus: Experience in fintech or SaaS and with payroll integrations  </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Location: United States</p> <p>Why 401GO?</p> <p>At 401GO, we're not just changing retirement-we're reinventing it.
