Work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Direct Care: Provide hands-on treatment to children with autism aged 2-3 under the guidance of a Clinical Fellow Supervisor. </li><li>Collaborate: Work with a dynamic interdisciplinary team. </li><li>Document Sessions: Accurately record treatment sessions, progress notes, and evaluations. </li><li>Grow: Enhance your skills in a dynamic setting, with opportunities for professional development and mentorship. </li><li>Get Licensed: Complete NYS regulation and ASHA requirements of supervised experience </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders </li><li>Passion for working with young children </li><li>Adaptable and eager to learn </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus </li></ul> <p>Salary and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually. </li><li>Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, full-time, 12-month position. </li><li>Benefits: </li><li>Paid holidays, PTO, and sick leave. </li><li>401(k) program. </li><li>Health, dental, vision, and life insurance. </li><li>Availability of clinical resources for professional growth. </li><li>Valuable mentorship and hands-on supervision from experienced and qualified staff. </li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development. </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>The McCarton Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional treatment and services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
