<p>Kforce's client a growing midsize CPA firm in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a Tax Manager.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Preparation/review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns </li><li>Preparation/review of high-net-worth individual returns </li><li>Review of C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns </li><li>Review of complex individual returns </li><li>Will research and draft memorandum involving tax matters </li><li>Identify tax planning opportunities </li><li>Handle and resolve tax controversies </li><li>Training and supervision of staff </li></ul> <p>This firm offer a good work life balance along with opportunity to advance.* Accounting degree or similar</p> <ul> <li>CPA </li><li>6+ years of public accounting tax experience for mainly corporations and Partnerships; Individual tax experience is a big plus </li><li>Prior experience in managing and leading teams, demonstrating effective leadership abilities. Pass-thru experience (with S Corp and Partnerships) and account management; Experience with 1031's exchanges, 754 step-up, special income allocation & M&A is preferred; Industry experience with real estate, retail, construction is a plus </li><li>Proficient project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently </li><li>Outstanding collaboration, communication, organization, and analytical skills </li></ul>
