Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Actively recruit a diverse group of influencers to join the Brand Ambassador program through various cross-platform gifting initiatives </li><li>Manage day-to-day relationships and communication with influencers </li><li>Support in monthly gifting of top ambassadors and influencers </li><li>Identify new opportunities on social (including platforms, content strategy and more) to grow the Brand Ambassador program and drive additional sales </li><li>Grow support with FWRD influencer loaning program </li></ul> <p>Required Competencies:</p> <p>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Hyper organized and ability to manage an expansive network of influencers and relationships </li><li>Be creative and solution-oriented </li><li>Team player and self-starter </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree: Business, Marketing/Communications preferred </li><li>1+ years of experience working in social and influencer marketing (internship experience included) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with influencer social tools for discovery, reporting and CRM </li><li>Ability to interpret legal documents and work with legal on contract language </li></ul> <p>A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
