<p>About the Team: Join the USDS (U.S. Data Security) Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting our rapidly growing Tech & Product organizations. In this role, you will help build the engineering, data, and product teams that sit at the core of our U.S. Data Security mission. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiter to develop their skills in a high-impact, fast-paced tech environment. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to drive sourcing strategies and manage full-cycle hiring.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical and product roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Managers). </li><li>Strategic Sourcing: Build and maintain strong, proactive pipelines of technical talent using advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, X-Ray searches, and alternative channels). </li><li>Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and positive experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding. </li><li>Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior TA partners to understand role requirements, conduct intake meetings, and calibrate on candidate profiles. </li><li>Data & Operations: Maintain accurate and real-time ATS data. Track personal funnel metrics (outreach, conversion rates, time-to-fill) to identify areas for personal growth and process improvement. </li><li>Employer Branding & Projects: Support broader TA initiatives, such as university recruiting events, diversity sourcing campaigns, and referral drives.Minimum Qualifications: </li><li>1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally within an agency, high-tech, or fast-paced corporate environment. </li><li>Hands-on experience sourcing and engaging passive technical or product talent. </li><li>Solid understanding of standard recruiting tools and platforms (Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized technical sourcing boards). </li><li>Strong foundational communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to candidates and provide updates to hiring teams. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A highly adaptable, growth-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn complex technical domains and modern recruiting methodologies. </li><li>High organizational agility and attention to detail when managing multiple requisitions and high candidate volumes simultaneously. </li><li>Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving within ambiguous or rapidly changing environments. </li></ul>
