The Neurology unit treats patients with strokes, spinal cord injuries, concussions, and more! </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist patients in adapting to an altered lifestyle, while providing a therapeutic environment for patients and their families. </li><li>Design and implement treatment strategies that are based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care and that promote physical, psychosocial and spiritual health. </li><li>Will be trained to perform complex patient assessments and implement intensive interventions. Will be trained specifically on IVs, Blood Transfusions, Wound Vacs, Peritoneal Dialysis, Prosthetic Training. </li></ul> <p>What you will need:</p> <ul> <li>New York State RN License. </li><li>Associates Degree in Nursing. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
