<p>ETC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Mazomanie, WI facility. This role is essential to keeping our building, grounds, and manufacturing equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. The Maintenance Technician supports daily operations through preventive and emergency maintenance, coordination with outside contractors, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p> <p>If you have questions about the position or application process, please contact Kennedy Kitelinger at kennedy.kitelinger@etcconnect.com or 608.824.5318.</p> <p>Representative Responsibilities:</p> <p>Maintains building</p> <p>Assists in maintaining building HVAC</p> <p>Assist with equipment serviced by outside contractors.</p> <p>Maintains interior and exterior lighting and repair's fixtures as needed</p> <p>Maintains building plumbing systems</p> <p>Maintains outdoor grounds as well as sidewalks and building entry / exits.</p> <p>Assist in setting up employee workstations as needed.</p> <p>Assists in performing quarterly and annual inspections of the sprinkler system</p> <p>Performs preventative and emergency maintenance on factory equipment.</p> <p>Assist with equipment serviced by outside contractors.</p> <p>Set up or adjust manufacturing areas as needed</p> <p>Support all manufacturing equipment that require preventive maintenance or repairs</p> <p>Follows policies and procedures for maintenance and repairs, reports necessary changes when identified.</p> <p>Entering equipment and task data into SAP</p> <p>Stocks supplies</p> <p>Ensures building supplies, such as paint, bulbs, ballasts, filters, and belts are ordered in a timely fashion so that there is sufficient stock in-house when needed</p> <p>Maintains a clean, organized and safe work environment</p> <p>Ensures after task is completed, floor is swept and tools are returned to the designated locations</p> <p>Communicates identifiable problems to management when problems arise</p> <p>Assist with inspecting and installing machine guarding, storage for material, plant maintenance, aisle ways, etc. for compliance with established standards</p> <p>Ensures priorities are met and jobs are completed on time</p> <p>Ensures safety standards are adhered to at all times</p> <p>Ensures that safe methods and practices are used</p> <p>Abides by safety procedures, work practice controls, and OSHA guidelines</p> <p>Ensures that personal protective equipment is worn when required</p> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> <p>Special projects and requests are completed in a timely and positive fashion</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications: Grade & level TBD based on education and experience</p> <p>High School diploma or equivalent (GED)</p> <p>All levels of previous job-related experience will be considered</p> <p>Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks without general supervision</p> <p>Good manual dexterity</p> <p>Knowledge of safety procedures</p> <p>Able to lift 50 lbs</p> <p>Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, and other maintenance areas</p> <p>Able to use power tools, hand tools</p> <p>Able to legally drive forklift and operate pallet jack</p> <p>Able to operate scissors lift</p> <p>Must have a valid drivers license</p> <p>Able to work independently</p> <p>Understands and applies accepted helpdesk principles and practices</p>
