Baker Elementary, Deerfield Elementary, Willard Elementary</p> <p>Grades: K-6 Coaching (Wednesday After-School Professional Development Responsibilities)</p> <p>Employment Type: Full-time beginning 2025-26 School Year</p> <p>Reports To: Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction, Elementary Principals</p> <p>Days per Contract Year: 185 Days</p> <p>Purpose of Position/Summary: The K-6 Literacy Coach will play a vital role in improving the quality and effectiveness of literacy instruction across all grade levels. This position is designed to build teacher capacity and enhance student outcomes through direct collaboration with educators.</p> <p>The Literacy Coach will work closely with individual teachers and grade-level teams to co-plan lessons, model effective instructional strategies, and engage in co-teaching cycles.
