From our residential water filtration to industrial water management to pool products and more, our 9,000 global employees serve customers in more than 150 countries, working to help create a better world for people and the planet through smart, sustainable water solutions.</p> <p>Join us as a Machinist II in our Delavan, WI facility.</p> <p>You will perform operations necessary to set up, gage, and production run castings on a CNC lathe or Mill</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Set-up machines where detail and operating procedures are standardized </li></ul> <p>and obvious</p> <ul> <li>Utilize CNC equipment, manual machines, precision measuring equipment, </li></ul> <p>overhead hoists, hand tools/power tools/air tools and refractometer</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to read part drawings using GD&T </li><li>Know how to use precision measuring gages to check dimensions </li><li>Maintain proper coolant ratios and levels and perform autonomous </li></ul> <p>maintenance tasks</p> <ul> <li>Perform operations necessary to face, turn, bore, chamfer, grove, thread, </li></ul> <p>drill, tap, and deburr a variety of materials and parts</p> <p>Key Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must have 3+ years of CNC Mill and Lathe setup and operation experience </li><li>Must have GD&T and print comprehension and understand shop math </li><li>Must be able to multi-task to keep production running smoothly </li></ul> <p>Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):</p> <ul> <li>2nd shift: 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday </li><li>8% shift differential for 2nd shift </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>The hourly pay for this role is: $28 to $30/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
