<p>Job Title: Project Geologist</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>This position provides project management and technical leadership for environmental investigation and remediation projects. It also involves assisting in the development of technical staff to meet client and organizational needs.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage and lead environmental investigation and remediation projects. </li><li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams. </li><li>Develop and mentor technical staff to enhance their skills and capabilities. </li><li>Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and support business development efforts. </li><li>Conduct remedial evaluations, cost estimating, and design from conceptual to detailed phases. </li><li>Ensure projects are completed on scope, schedule, and budget. </li><li>Prepare technical reports and perform advanced data analysis and interpretation. </li><li>Interface with clients and regulatory agencies effectively. </li><li>Participate in client invoicing and budgeting processes. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field. </li><li>7+ years of environmental consulting experience. </li><li>Strong background in project management, including scope, schedule, and budget management. </li><li>Advanced skills in data analysis and technical report preparation. </li><li>Experience in remedial evaluations and design. </li><li>Proven ability to work with clients and regulatory agencies. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>P.E. license preferred, or 7+ years working under a licensed professional. </li><li>Proficiency in preparing proposals and cost estimates. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment involves collaborating with a team of professionals in an office and field setting.
