Primary duties include supervision of assigned employees in moving of donated materials, salvage commodities/sorts, trash, equipment/fixtures or other designated materials on/off trucks. Ensures all stores are scheduled per the retail needs and trucks are loaded according to policy. Will assist in all areas of salvage and new goods and cross train to cover other specified job descriptions within the plant as needed. Provide excellent customer service to the stores, admin, and all other vendors/donors. Ensures the proper training of all employees in each area of responsibility. Supervises assigned crew in various departments. Assigns duties for Material Handler I's and II's. Performs other job related duties as needed.</p> <p>Required Experience: High School graduate or its equivalent.
