Dare for Better.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>As a Control and Reporting Senior Manager, Intercompany, you will be the key contact for the oversight of all Intercompany Reporting for US Bottling, PCNA, Gatorade and Quaker. The position also offers challenges and opportunities that will promote both individual development and longevity within PBUS. The Control and Reporting Senior Manager will report to the Director of PBUS Intercompany Reporting.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage Intercompany teams across New York and Chicago</p> </li><li> <p>Review Intercompany team assignments/responsibilities ensuring successful periodic closes and accurate quarterly reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and submit the P4 intercompany schedule in HFM</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the accuracy of Group Reporting eliminations and reversals</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the field and relevant business partners to ensure intercompany tasks/activities are completed and issues are resolved timely</p> </li><li> <p>Review periodic reconciliations/settlements for Intercompany accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Lead quarterly balance sheet review efforts for PBUS intercompany accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Identify process improvement opportunities and execute on implementation efforts</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure key controls are performed and are aligned with PBNA policies</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the PGT project team to ensure continued S4 implementation success as site deployments occur</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.</p> </li><li> <p>Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
