You know how to balance being a leader with contributing to the collective efforts of the team.</p> <p>The work: While there will never be a typical day at Accenture Song, we've highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Help clients transform and optimize their CRM, sales, quoting experience, and pricing strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Lead delivery teams that help clients build and manage customer relationships and maximize sales</p> </li><li> <p>Advise clients on ways to measure and improve their customer satisfaction and other business metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Establish long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to help build the Accenture Consulting practice</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and coach junior team members, and continue to grow your own expertise to help Accenture maintain its thought-leadership position</p> </li><li> <p>Help delivery large-scale CPQ solution implementations, providing hands-on contributions to the software design, development, and implementation.</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize application performance and scalability.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you'll need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>4+ years of experience architecting CPQ solutions including capabilities such as:</p> </li><li> <p>Product modeling, configuration, and rules (CTO and ETO)</p> </li><li> <p>Guided configuration and selling</p> </li><li> <p>Pricing and discounting</p> </li><li> <p>Workflow and approvals</p> </li><li> <p>Quoting, document generation, and e-signature</p> </li><li> <p>Contracts, subscriptions, and renewals</p> </li><li> <p>Quote to order conversion</p> </li><li> <p>2 years of experience using CPQ platform technologies such as Conga, SAP CPQ (formerly Callidus), Oracle CPQ Cloud (formerly Big Machines), PROS, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud (formerly Steelbrick).</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 2 years of hands on experience with development in order to support the dev team & validate code and/or scripts.</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years of experience in the CPQ space within the Financial Services industry.</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You have certifications in any of the following:</p> </li><li> <p>Oracle CPQ Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist</p> </li><li> <p>Salesforce CPQ Specialist</p> </li><li> <p>Salesforce Admin</p> </li><li> <p>Salesforce Developer</p> </li><li> <p>Conga CPQ Product Certification</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with cloud application architectures, data models, configuration, and customization</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with application integration methods including: Web service standards (WSDL, REST, SOAP, XML), Middleware/ETL, and bulk extract/load</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with several of the following languages or standards: SQL, SOQL, SOSL, Java, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, HTML/XHTML, CSS, XML/XSL, BML, Apex, Visualforce</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in application architecture / enterprise architecture, systems integration and development, and package implementation with knowledge of interactive design</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in working with other relevant CPQ packaged solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Firm understanding of web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object-oriented design</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object-oriented design</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
